Im an Angel Mom, whose son, Sgt. Brandon Mendoza, was tragically killed on May 12th, 2014, by an illegal alien who was driving while intoxicated/high. That’s one of the reasons I bring so much attention to supporting our law enforcement and halting illegal immigration. I am the Founder of Angel Moms and Angel Families. Since Brandon was killed, I have been a voice for Angel Families across our country, working with Governors, Congressional members and even Presidents to bring more awareness to the dangers associated with open borders.
I am an Arizona native, born right here in Mesa into a military family (my father served in the Air Force). I have a son in the Army retiring in Jan after serving 22 years. I have 4 children (1 deceased) and 8 grandchildren. I have been a realtor for 40+ years and have loved helping buyers find their dream home!
Statement:
Halting illegal immigration is absolutely necessary to the future of our country/state because of the unvetted people from all over the world entering our country which brings increased violence, crime, the fentanyl epidemic, and the billions of dollars illegal immigration costs Arizona each year (that could/should be going to our schools, health care, infrastructure), and this is clearly a top priority. We also need to undo the damage being done by left-wing economic policies high inflation, high gas and food prices, high interest and mortgage rates, and a stagnant economy. Ill protect school choice, ensure parental rights, and protect our district and charter schools. And Ill keep pushing on long-term issues like economic growth, job creation, and ensuring Arizonas water future. Our district has two Democrat incumbents whove pushed for radical ideas in office. Im tired of the radical political fringe and seek common-sense solutions to our problems. Not everything has to be a partisan battle, and our issues are too big for those games.
