Josephs background is in business. He had a successful career in telecommunications at a Fortune 50 company with executive management positions. He now owns an investment real estate firm. His company has received several awards including the INC 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company, Corporate Philanthropy Award, and Business Ethics Finalist Award
Representative Chaplik has a record of promises kept on how he votes on legislation for our district. His conservative scorecards are 100% with CPAC, CAP, and A+ with the NRA. Running for his third term, he has proven himself to be a champion of limited government, constitutional rights, personal liberties, and ethical behavior. He is a founding member of the AZ Freedom Caucus and is endorsed by the Arizona Police Association, AZCOPS, Arizona Free Enterprise Club, and more. As your State Representative, Chaplik has worked to make Arizona a safe and prosperous place to live and conduct business. He is protecting school choice options, and believes parents know whats best for their children.
Joseph invests in his local community and schools, supporting many charitable organizations including law enforcement and childrens foundation boards, as well as the schools his children attend. He’s involved in the US Marshals Posse and the Sheriffs Office Memorial Fund, raising money for families of fallen officers. Joseph is a Scottsdale resident, and is married with two sons, two dogs and a cat.
Statement:
I am running for re-election to keep taxes low, our economy strong, and Arizona free. As your representative, I’ve worked to limit government, cut spending, stop illegal immigration, and make Arizona a safe, prosperous place to live. I will always support educational and medical freedom. Parents not bureaucrats should decide whats best for our children.
